Candidates are selected through a multi-step process. After advertising the job opening, applications are screened based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Shortlisted candidates are then interviewed to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. The most suitable candidate(s) are chosen for further evaluation, including a client trial period.

The client trial period is a 2-day evaluation phase during which the client can assess the virtual assistant’s performance and compatibility with their needs. The virtual assistant will closely work with the client to understand requirements and deliverables. At the end of this period, the client evaluates the performance and compatibility of the virtual assistant before proceeding with a more extended engagement.

After successfully completing the trial period, the virtual assistant is compensated at a rate of $9 per hour. After 6 months of continuous employment, the hourly rate is increased to $10. The client’s contract lasts for 3 months with an option to renew. In case of early contract cancellation by the client, 50% of the remaining month’s fees are required to be paid.

Once the contract is signed, the onboarding process begins. The virtual assistant undergoes comprehensive training tailored to the client’s specific requirements, tools, and processes. They become familiar with the client’s communication channels, project management systems, and reporting procedures to ensure a smooth integration into the client’s workflow.
